How Does DEN STR Work?Process
From start to finish, DEN Short-Term Rental will be there ensuring minimum effort on your part. The Renters Club, DEN STR's operational partner, will be there every step of the way. It’s a simple process, outlined below:
» Contact us to discuss your personal rental goals and formulate a strategy
» We'll tour your home and provide an Earnings Potential Estimate for your review
» Review and e-sign your Listing Agreement
» DEN STR will schedule photos of your property (cost to be withheld from your first distribution)
» DEN STR will help make sure your property is rental ready (extra linens, locked closets, etc)
» DEN STR will make cleaning services available before, during, and after booking
» DEN STR will screen and execute Guest License Agreements
» Receive payment - Monthly Distribution Statements and Hotel Tax Summaries are sent on the 10th of each month and include all bookings checking in during the previous month. Checks are mailed out on the same day.
» Owner will remit taxes to the city and state
We want your guests to be appropriate and respectful, so it’s of utmost importance to us to properly screen all guests. Using our industry experience and detailed Guest License Agreements, we will make every effort to ensure that you and your home are protected.
*DEN Property Group, LLC and Homeowner are not responsible for any damages or personal injury on Owner’s property. Guests assume all responsibility while they are on property, as stated in contract. DEN Property Group, LLC is not responsible for damage to owners property by guests. However, DEN Property Group, LLC will do everything in our power to hold guests responsible financially for any damage properly reported and documented.
