Originally from Chicago, Emily Lottman moved to Austin two years ago to live in a smaller scaled urban city and to be closer to family. Emily has since had a unique background with years of corporate, non-profit and entrepreneurial experience. Most recently she owned and operated a direct marketing franchise. She worked directly with business owners to provide marketing expertise and integrated media solutions to stimulate growth so their businesses thrive.

After relocating to Austin Emily joined the DEN Property Group as the Director of Operations and Marketing serving both the Real Estate and art gallery side of the company. In August 2015 DEN merged with Viceroy Realty Advisors adding a commercial real estate division to the company. Emily seamlessly transitioned into her role as Director for all divisions of the company.

To further expand her responsibilities Emily became a licensed real estate agent and strives to go above and beyond in every interaction with clients, customers, and real estate partners. Emily is able to leverage her strong organizational skills, analytical know-how, attention to detail, and relational management foundation in her many roles.

Emily graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Communications, and has lived in Canada, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Ohio, Australia, Illinois, and Washington D.C. She is a certified vinyasa and hot yoga instructor and has been practicing Bikram yoga for over 12 years. She is on several charitable committees, Breakthrough Austin, Safe Place, Ronald McDonald House, and the Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Junior League of Austin.
