Born in Paraguay and raised in Texas, Carlos Cardenas joined DEN to compliment his role as a Managing Partner at White Tiger Capital, LLC.

Always looking for exceptional returns and value-driven investment opportunities, he is also specialized in urban development through a synergy of innovative design and optimized financial strategies. He loves the revenue streams and appreciation afforded by high-rise condominiums in downtown Austin, and his current development projects are focused in the Tobin Hill neighborhood near the Pearl District in San Antonio.

Having studied both Business Administration at Trinity University and Fine-Arts at the California Institute of the Arts, Carlos lived in Paris for almost 20 years where he advised high net-worth individuals on the acquisition and management of fine-art as an asset class. He worked with prestigious public and private organizations such as the Picasso Foundation, Sotheby’s and Christie’s; and produced architectural installations, events and exhibitions in addition to brokering high-value transactions across the US, Europe, and Asia.

When not hustling for development and investment opportunities for his clients, Carlos spends as much time as possible on his art collection, his taste for horrible music, and reconciling his fitness goals with his love of food. Carlos is madly in love with his wife, two daughters, and Boston Terrier.
